Fill out the online Core Factors Type Discovery assessment and then join a 1-hour group feedback session with me as we walk through the material together.  This assessment is psychometrically validated, was created by Dr. Mark Majors, a former developer of the MBTI, delivers a 4-letter code that follows standard MBTI notation, and provides a better user experience. (I also believe it is more accurate.)
